Als Experte im Industrial Engineering übernimmst du die Leitung interdisziplinärer Projektteams und gestaltest den Aufbau sowie die strategische Ausrichtung unserer zukünftigen Smart Factory aktiv mit. Du entwickelst und implementierst innovative und skalierbare Produktionslösungen entlang des gesamten End-to-End Value Streams und treibst damit unser unternehmensweites Smart Factory Transformationsprogramm voran. Dabei arbeitest du in unserer Matrixorganisation eng mit Core Processes, Automation & Robotics sowie Schnittstellen wie Product Management, Entwicklung, Produktion & Logistik, Einkauf und Digital Excellence zusammen. Votre journée type ##

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die strategische und operative Führung des zugewiesenen Produktstreams, inklusive Planung, Umsetzung und Überwachung aller zugehörigen Industrialisierungsaktivitäten im Einklang mit den Zielen der Smart Factory.
  • Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Industrialisierungsprojekten für neue und bestehende Produkte und Prozesse unter besonderer Berücksichtigung der Smart Factory-Prinzipien wie Automatisierbarkeit, Modularität, digitale Durchgängigkeit und Skalierbarkeit
  • Sicherstellung effizienter Projektpläne und Umsetzung von Industrialisierungsprojekten unter Berücksichtigung von Qualitäts-, Termin und Kostenkennzahlen
  • Verantwortung für die Investitionsplanung der Projekte auf Basis von Smart Factory-Kriterien, z.-B. Skalierbarkeit, Digitalisierungswirkung, Energieeffizienz und Datentransparenz
  • Definition, Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung von Standards, Methoden, Prozessen im Bereich Industrie 4.0, Smart Factory und KI
  • Koordination sowie intensive Abstimmung mit den Schnittstellen (Entwicklung, Konstruktion, Qualität, Produktion, Externe) im Rahmen der Projekte
  • Beratung der Entwicklungsteams zur optimalen Fertigbarkeit mit Fokus auf Design for Manufacturing & Automation und Design for Smart Factory inklusive früher Einbindung in die Produktentwicklung, Anwendung simulationsbasierter Planungstools und Standardisierung von Automatisierungsprinzipien
  • Identifikation, Bewertung und aktives Management von Risiken im Rahmen des Produktstreams durch Anwendung eines strukturierten Risikomanagementprozesses, inkl. Definition und Umsetzung geeigneter Mitigationsmassnahmen.

Votre profil ##

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Produktionstechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Lean Management, Prozessoptimierung und Projektmanagement
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einem produktionsnahen Umfeld, idealerweise im Bereich Smart Factory / digitale Produktion
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen, Kreativität sowie eine lösungs- und umsetzungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit SAP, JIRA und Clarity
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
