Offriamo prestazioni personalizzate per favorire l'autonomia e la qualità della vita delle persone anziane nel proprio ambiente domestico. Come parte del più grande fornitore privato di servizi per anziani in Svizzera, Senevita Casa integra la nostra rete di residenze assistite e strutture di cura, portando supporto professionale direttamente a casa. Per la sede Senevita Casa Ticino \- Regione Luganese \- , cerchiamo da subito: Infermiera/e dipl. \- Servizio notturno 40\-100% Responsabilità Garantire durante la notte un'assistenza infermieristica sicura, professionale e personalizzata al domicilio dei nostri clienti. Valutare le condizioni cliniche, riconoscere tempestivamente eventuali cambiamenti e definire le priorità assistenziali. Assistere e sorvegliare persone con situazioni cliniche complesse e bisogni assistenziali elevati, inclusi pazienti che necessitano di supporto respiratorio. Gestire con competenza situazioni impreviste e di urgenza, attivando quando necessario il medico o i servizi di emergenza. Garantire la corretta esecuzione delle prescrizioni medico\-infermieristiche e il rispetto degli standard di qualità e sicurezza. Documentare gli interventi e assicurare un passaggio di consegne preciso e completo al team. Collaborare con medici, familiari, caregiver e altri professionisti coinvolti nella presa in carico. Requisiti Diploma di infermiera/e (Bachelor SUPSI, diploma SSSCI o titolo estero riconosciuto in Svizzera). Comprovata esperienza professionale in Pronto Soccorso, Cure Intense, Cure Intermedie/IMC o in un contesto di cure acute ad alta complessità. Capacità di valutazione clinica, definizione delle priorità e gestione autonoma delle situazioni di urgenza. Esperienza nella presa in carico di pazienti con supporto ventilatorio costituiscono un importante titolo preferenziale. Elevato senso di responsabilità, affidabilità e capacità decisionale. Capacità di lavorare in autonomia durante il servizio notturno, mantenendo una stretta collaborazione con il team interdisciplinare. Precisione nella documentazione e nella trasmissione delle informazioni cliniche. Buone competenze relazionali, empatia e capacità di instaurare un rapporto professionale e rassicurante con pazienti e familiari. Disponibilità a lavorare prevalentemente in servizio notturno. Patente di guida e disponibilità agli spostamenti sul territorio. Offriamo Flessibilità nella pianificazione dei turni: possibilità di concordare le notti in base alla propria disponibilità, ideale anche per chi lavora già presso un'altra struttura e desidera integrare la propria attività con alcuni turni 'attività infermieristica ad elevato grado di autonomia e responsabilità professionale. La possibilità di mettere a frutto competenze maturate in area acuta e intensiva in un contesto di assistenza domiciliare individualizzata. Un'organizzazione strutturata e il supporto di un team interdisciplinare. Formazione continua e possibilità di sviluppo delle competenze professionali.
