Nous recherchons pour notre service des soins continus un(-e) infirmier(-ère) jusqu-au 31.05.2027

TÂCHES PRINCIPALES ##

  • Prises en charge des patients spécifiques aux soins continus et des patients en soins Ambulatoires.
  • Analyser et gérer avec efficience les situations spécifiques médico-chirurgicales.
  • Assurer les soins infirmiers préventifs, curatifs et éducationnels aux patients.
  • Collaborer à l'organisation du travail et au bon déroulement des activités du service.
  • Contribuer à une approche interdisciplinaire des soins et au travail en équipe.

FORMATION REQUISE ##

* Être porteur du titre d-infirmier(e) ES ou Bachelor of Science en soins infirmiers HES-SO,

  • Pour un diplôme étranger, la reconnaissance Croix-Rouge est nécessaire
  • Expérience confirmée en soins aigus spécialisés
  • Au bénéfice de solides compétences techniques et capable de travailler dans un environnement pluridisciplinaire
  • Motivé(-e), efficace, autonome et doté(-e) d-un sens aigu des responsabilités, vous savez faire preuve d-anticipation et êtes très organisé(-e)
  • Grande aptitude au travail d-équipe et multidisciplinaire
  • Sens des priorités dans les situations aiguës et bonne gestion du stress
  • Qualités relationnelles, empathie et aisance dans la communication
  • Disponibilité et flexibilité
