C-VITAL, établissement de soins à domicile à taille humaine et en plein développement, recherche une infirmière - planificatrice pour renforcer son équipe.

Vous êtes passionné(e) par l'accompagnement à domicile et souhaitez travailler dans une structure dynamique, humaine et respectueuse.

Date d’entrée souhaitée : dès que possible

Profil recherché :

  • Être titulaire d'un diplôme HES en soins infirmiers ;
  • Posséder de larges connaissances cliniques ;
  • Expérience en soins à domicile : un atout ;
  • Autonomie, ponctualité, respect du cadre professionnel et aisance relationnelle ;
  • Permis de conduire indispensable ;
  • Le travail s’effectue en priorité avec un véhicule mis à disposition ou avec votre propre véhicule, selon les besoins du service.

Vos missions principales :

Vous intervenez au domicile des patients pour :

  • Effectuer des soins infirmiers (pansements, injections, prises de sang, suivi de traitement, etc.) ;
  • Participer à l’élaboration des plannings hebdomadaires ;
  • Collaborer avec l’équipe médicale et les autres intervenants ; Respecter les protocoles de soins et les normes d’hygiène ;
  • Compléter les dossiers patients avec rigueur

Zones intervention:

  • Lavaux-Oron ;
  • Veveyse ;
  • Glâne;
  • Et les villages alentours
