Votre mission

Pour le compte d'un établissement psychiatrique du canton de Vaud, nous recherchons un Infirmier motivé à rejoindre une équipe engagée dans l'accompagnement et la prise en charge de patients souffrant de troubles psychiques.

Cette mission de longue durée offre l'opportunité d'intégrer un environnement de soins stimulant, humain et multidisciplinaire.

Responsabilités

  • Assurer la prise en charge globale des patients dans le respect de leur projet de soins.
  • Réaliser les soins infirmiers et garantir leur qualité.
  • Participer à l'évaluation de l'état de santé physique et psychique des patients.
  • Accompagner les patients dans leur quotidien et favoriser leur autonomie.
  • Contribuer à la prévention et à la gestion des situations de crise.
  • Collaborer activement avec l'équipe médicale et les différents intervenants.
  • Assurer la traçabilité et la transmission des informations dans le dossier patient.
  • Participer aux réunions interdisciplinaires et à la continuité des soins.

Profil

  • Diplôme d'Infirmier HES ou titre équivalent reconnu par la Croix\-Rouge suisse.
  • Une expérience en psychiatrie constitue un réel atout.
  • Les candidats issus des soins somatiques avec un fort intérêt pour la psychiatrie sont également les bienvenus.
  • Aisance relationnelle, sens de l'écoute et empathie.
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe pluridisciplinaire.
  • Bonne gestion du stress et capacité d'adaptation.
  • Domicile dans le canton de Vaud ou à proximité
