Infirmier (ère) Infirmier·ère H/F – CDI à temps partiel Le Home Montagu, établissement à taille humaine situé à La Neuveville, accompagne 21 résidents dans un environnement chaleureux, bienveillant et centré sur la personne. Dans le cadre du développement de notre projet institutionnel basé sur l’approche Montessori, nous recherchons un·e : INFIRMIER·ÈRE (H/F) CDI à temps partiel – Entrée en fonction à convenir Vos missions Dispenser des soins infirmiers adaptés aux besoins des résidents Participer à l’élaboration et au suivi des projets de soins individualisés Assurer la surveillance de l’état de santé et le suivi des traitements Gérer les prescriptions médicales Collaborer avec les différents partenaires médicaux et paramédicaux Participer à la planification et à l’accompagnement des étudiants Votre profil Diplôme d’infirmier·ère HES ou ES, ou reconnaissance Croix\-Rouge obligatoire Une expérience ou spécialisation en gériatrie/psychogériatrie constitue un atout Sens de l’écoute, patience et bienveillance Esprit d’équipe et bonnes compétences relationnelles Autonomie, rigueur et réactivité Nous vous offrons Un environnement de travail familial au sein d'une petite structure, des horaires continus favorisant l’équilibre vie professionnelle/vie privée, des jours fixes possibles, une formation continue Montessori, un salaire compétitif et des avantages sociaux.
