Infirmier (H/F) Parce que chaque soin compte, nous recherchons des professionnels capables d'allier expertise clinique, réactivité et sens humain. Pour l'un de nos clients, établissement hospitalier de premier plan situé dans la région lausannoise, nous sommes à la recherche d'Infirmier·ères justifiant d'au moins deux années d'expérience en soins aigus. Vous intégrerez des équipes engagées et contribuerez activement à la qualité de la prise en charge des patients dans un environnement exigeant et stimulant. Infirmier (H/F) Vos missions Assurer la prise en charge des patients selon les standards de qualité et de sécurité en vigueur. Réaliser les soins techniques et relationnels adaptés à l'état de santé des patients. Surveiller l'évolution clinique et transmettre les informations pertinentes à l'équipe interdisciplinaire. Participer à l'élaboration et au suivi du projet de soins. Collaborer avec les médecins et les différents professionnels de santé afin de garantir une prise en charge optimale. Assurer la traçabilité des soins dans le dossier patient informatisé. Votre profil Diplôme d'Infirmier·ère HES ou titre jugé équivalent reconnu par la Croix\-Rouge Suisse. Expérience obligatoire de minimum 2 ans en soins aigus au sein d'un établissement hospitalier. Excellente capacité d'adaptation et sens de l'organisation. Aptitude à travailler de ère autonome tout en privilégiant la collaboration interdisciplinaire. Disponibilité pour des missions temporaires.
