L-Hôpital Riviera-Chablais, Vaud-Valais (HRC), est un hôpital intercantonal de référence, qui réunit plus de 2-500 collaboratrices et collaborateurs. Le Centre hospitalier de Rennaz, compte plus de 350 lits de soins aigus. Il est complété par deux Cliniques de gériatrie et réadaptation ainsi que deux permanences médicales. L-ensemble des collaboratrices et collaborateurs s-investissent au quotidien pour fournir une prise en charge de qualité aux patient·e·s, en incarnant les valeurs de l-institution : l-authenticité, l-exemplarité et l-innovation.

Pour compléter notre équipe de chirurgie, à Rennaz, nous recherchons un :

Infirmier clinicien spécialisé à 80%

Les missions principales de ce poste sont ###

  • Guider les membres de l'équipe soignante dans la maîtrise des soins
  • Accompagner les changements au sein de l-équipe à travers une démarche participative
  • Identifier les différentes problématiques influençant la qualité des soins et proposer des solutions en tenant compte des objectifs de soins de l-HRC
  • Participer à l-encadrement des nouveaux collaborateurs
  • Travailler sur mandats des ICUS et de l-ICS
  • Créer la documentation, procédures et processus pour le service
  • Travailler en collaboration avec l'équipe interdisciplinaire

Nous demandons ###

  • Un diplôme d-infirmier·ère bachelor ou un titre jugé équivalent
  • Un master en science infirmière  
  • Une expérience confirmée dans un service de chirurgie (minimum 5 ans)
  • Une expérience dans une unité ambulatoire serait un atout
  • Une capacité d-analyse, de synthèse, un sens des priorités et un esprit d-initiative
  • Une très bonne maîtrise de l-informatique
  • Un intérêt prononcé pour la gestion de projet
  • Une personne sachant se positionner face aux équipes en place
