Mandatés par un de nos clients, nous recherchons des infirmier/ères pour travailler dans les soins à domicile.

Les missions et responsabilités sont les suivantes :

* Évaluer la nature de la demande émanant d'un professionnel du réseau socio\-sanitaire genevois et y répondre dans les plus brefs délais ou orienter la situation vers un service plus adapté ;

* Intervenir et mener conjointement avec l'infirmier\-ère, une évaluation socio\-sanitaire en apportant son expertise sociale et en élaborant des projets d'intervention à court terme, tout en étant garant du respect des limites juridico\-légales dans les interventions ;

* Proposer au bénéficiaire et à son entourage des moyens visant à réduire l'intensité de la crise ou de l'urgence ressentie ; lui offrir une écoute et un soutien, visant à restaurer dans l'immédiat son équilibre et celui de son entourage ;

* Procéder au bilan écrit de chaque intervention en relatant avec précision, l'évaluation, les prestations offertes ainsi que l'orientation choisie ;

* Évaluer le parcours et la pertinence de la prise en charge de chaque intervention ;

* Participer aux colloques et aux supervisions en équipe, hors horaires d'intervention ;

* Intervenir de manière active dans les séances avec les partenaires.

\-\-\-\-\-\-\- Profil recherché:

Le profil idéal pour ce poste est un(e) infirmier(\-ière) ayant CFC infirmier ou une reconnaissance de diplôme obligatoire pour les diplômes étrangers valable sur le canton de Genève. Vous devez également avoir une excellente connaissance des protocoles et des normes en vigueur dans le domaine médical en Suisse. Un esprit d'équipe exceptionnel, allié à une capacité d'adaptation à diverses situations cliniques, est recherché. La compassion et l'empathie sont essentielles pour créer des relations de confiance avec les patients. Une aisance avec les outils technologiques et une volonté d'apprentissage constant complètent le profil.

Qualités recherchées :

  • Excellente communication interpersonnelle.
  • Grande capacité d'organisation et de gestion des priorités.
  • Compétence en soins infirmiers et techniques de base.
  • Esprit d'équipe et collaboration transversale.
  • Empathie et dévouement envers les patients.
  • 2 ans d'expérience dont 6 mois en Suisse OBLIGATOIRE
  • Sens des responsabilités et orientation solution.
  • Niveau de Français minimum C1\.
