La Fondation Vieillesse à Herisau est le domicile de plus de 250 personnes âgées. Sur les trois sites Heinrichsbad, Ebnet et Dreilinden, environ 260 collaborateurs contribuent au quotidien dans nos maisons. Ils veillent à une haute qualité de vie des résidents et apportent ainsi une contribution précieuse à la société. Il est important pour nous d'offrir aux collaborateurs un environnement de travail dans lequel ils sont satisfaits et où ils aiment revenir régulièrement.

La nuit, tu es bien plus qu'un infirmier diplômé. Tu es une personne de contact, un talent organisationnel et un point de calme, tu prends en charge la gestion de crise si nécessaire - et parfois tu es simplement la personne qui écoute.

Avec compétence professionnelle, empathie et sang-froid, tu veilles à ce que les résidents passent bien la nuit et reçoivent rapidement le soutien approprié si besoin.

Pour le site Heinrichsbad, nous recherchons, selon accord, un(e)

Tes tâches exigeantes et variées :

  • Tu prends soin de nos résidents pendant la nuit avec empathie, compétence et en fonction de leurs besoins dans leur domicile.
  • Tu assumes la responsabilité de la maison pendant la nuit et assures un déroulement sans accroc.
  • Tu crées avec ta compétence professionnelle et sociale une atmosphère de calme, de sécurité et de confiance.
  • Tu conseilles et soutiens l'équipe de veille de nuit sur le site Heinrichsbad ainsi que dans les maisons Ebnet et Dreilinden sur le plan professionnel.
  • Tu agis de manière compétente et prudente dans des situations difficiles et contribues ainsi à une haute qualité de soins pendant la nuit.

Nos exigences :

  • Tu disposes d'une formation achevée en tant qu'infirmier diplômé HF ou d'une formation équivalente avec un diplôme reconnu en Suisse.
  • Tu as de l'expérience professionnelle en soins de longue durée et tu prends plaisir à accompagner et soigner les personnes âgées.
  • Tu as de l'expérience avec la documentation des soins ePDoc et tu es à l'aise avec la documentation numérique.
  • Tu peux t'exprimer oralement et par écrit en allemand de manière satisfaisante.
  • Tu es un joueur d'équipe et contribues à une bonne collaboration par ta fiabilité et ta manière respectueuse.
