Le Centre de santé cantonal d'Appenzell assure des soins de santé et un accompagnement de haute qualité pour les personnes âgées d'Appenzell et de la population d'Innerrhoden. Un aspect important est la couverture des besoins en lits stationnaires pour les personnes temporairement dépendantes de soins professionnels - que ce soit pendant ou après une maladie aiguë, en cas de besoin temporaire de soins intensifs, après une intervention stationnaire dans un hôpital de centre ou pour l'accompagnement en phase terminale. Cela est rendu possible grâce aux soins de courte durée et de transition Sonnwendlig.

Pour notre équipe, nous recherchons à partir du 1er décembre 2026 ou selon accord un infirmier diplômé HF

Vos tâches \- Responsabilité de l'ensemble du processus de soins, y compris la réalisation d'une évaluation globale et d'une planification des soins avec une évaluation continue \- Expérience en soins palliatifs \- Prise en charge des soins exigeants et de l'accompagnement des patient·e·s et de leurs proches \- Collaboration interdisciplinaire avec les médecins généralistes, les thérapeutes ainsi que d'autres départements du Centre de santé d'Appenzell \- Assurance qualité et développement continu des soins \- Responsabilité de la mise en œuvre des mesures techniques de soins \- Développement actif et mise en œuvre de concepts

Nous attendons \- Formation achevée en tant qu'infirmier diplômé HF \- Expérience professionnelle dans le domaine des soins de longue durée un avantage \- Personne communicative et décidée, appréciant le contact avec les personnes âgées \- Plaisir à travailler de manière autonome \- Bonnes connaissances de l'allemand \- Bonnes compétences en informatique (expérience avec BESA un avantage)
