Une mission qui a du sens, au cœur des EMS Genevois

  • En tant qu'infirmier(e), vous assurez la préparation et l'administration des traitements, dans le respect des protocoles et en toute sécurité.
  • Vous accordez une attention particulière à la qualité de votre communication avec les résidents et leurs proches.
  • Vous contribuez activement à la mise en place et au suivi des projets de vie. individualisés, en veillant à respecter les choix et les besoins de chaque personne.
  • Vous assurez les soins de base et les actes techniques requis dans le cadre d'un EMS.

Profil recherché -----------------

  • Vous êtes infirmier(ère) diplômé(e) et disposez de la reconnaissance Croix\-Rouge Suisse ?
  • Vous avez acquis une solide expérience en gériatrie et souhaitez aujourd'hui mettre vos compétences au service d'une structure à taille humaine, centrée sur le bien\-être de la personne âgée ?
  • Vous justifiez d'au moins deux ans d'expérience dans les soins, idéalement au sein d'un EMS en Suisse.
  • Vous êtes Attentif(ve), calme et bienveillant(e), vous savez gérer les situations d'urgence avec professionnalisme, et placez la relation humaine au cœur de votre pratique.
  • Vous aimez travailler en équipe, possédez d'excellentes qualités relationnelles et êtes capable de vous adapter avec souplesse aux besoins du terrain.
  • La connaissance des logiciels tels que SADIES, SIEMS ou GAMMADIA constitue un atout supplémentaire.
