Afin de répondre aux besoins de l'un de nos clients situé sur le Canton de Genève, dans le cadre de missions ponctuelles et longues, nous recherchons un :

Infirmier en polyhandicap (h/f)

Votre mission

  • Assurer la mise en œuvre et le suivi des différents protocoles de soins sur les différents services (enfants, adolescents, et adultes)
  • Assurer la bonne transmission et le partage entre l'équipe médicale, les équipes éducatives et soignantes des informations nécessaires à la continuité de l'accompagnement à la santé des personnes accueillies,
  • En collaboration avec l'équipe médicale, assurer la gestion des relations avec les familles pour toutes les questions et informations relatives au parcours en soins des personnes accueillies,
  • Participer à l'élaboration des projets personnalisés d'accompagnement et de soins

Compétences requises

  • Excellent savoir être et posture professionnelle, démontrant une éthique professionnelle irréprochable.
  • Esprit d'entraide et capacité avérée à travailler efficacement au sein d'une équipe multidisciplinaire.
  • Flexibilité et sens de l'organisation pour s'adapter aux besoins changeants de l'établissement et des résidents.
  • Efficacité dans l'exécution des tâches et altruisme dans la prestation des soins, en plaçant toujours le bien\-être des résidents au centre de ses actions.

Votre profil

  • Vous possédez un diplôme d’infirmier(e) HES ou disposez de la reconnaissance de votre diplôme étranger par la Croix Rouge Suisse obligatoire
  • Vous êtes disponible immédiatement ou rapidement
  • Vous êtes au bénéfice d’une expérience réussie dans le domaine du polyhandicap
