Nous recrutons actuellement plusieurs infirmier(e)s (H/F) pour des missions ponctuelles en soins intensifs adultes et/ou pédiatriques , afin d'assurer une prise en charge optimale de patients nécessitant une surveillance continue et des soins hautement spécialisés. Ces postes offrent l'opportunité d'évoluer dans un environnement hospitalier reconnu et exigeant, au coeur du canton de Vaud. Votre mission :

* Assurer la prise en charge et la surveillance continue de patients en état critique, adultes et/ou pédiatriques. * Réaliser les soins techniques spécialisés de soins intensifs (ventilation mécanique, monitoring, perfusions, réanimation, etc.). * Évaluer l'évolution clinique des patients et adapter les soins en collaboration avec l'équipe médicale. * Collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe pluridisciplinaire afin d'assurer une prise en charge optimale et coordonnée. * Veiller à la qualité, à la sécurité et à la traçabilité des soins conformément aux protocoles et aux bonnes pratiques. * Accompagner les patients et leurs proches avec bienveillance, écoute et professionnalisme. Votre profil :

  • Diplôme d'infirmier/ère HES / ou Diplôme dans dans un pays de la Communauté Européenne
  • Reconnaissance obligatoire auprès de la Croix\- suisse
  • Minimum 24 mois d'expérience en soins aigus de type CHU ou CHR, réduit à 12mois si diplôme HES Suisse
  • Expérience en soins intensifs adultes et/ou pédiatriques.
  • Formation spécialisée en soins intensifs, un atout.
  • Maîtrise des techniques de réanimation et des situations d'urgence.
  • Capacité à gérer les situations d'urgence et à prioriser les soins.
  • Rigueur, autonomie et sens des responsabilités.
