Pour l-un de nos partenaires situés dans le Jura bernois, nous rerecherches une personne engagée et motivée pour rejoindre une petite équipe à taille humaine, dans le cadre d-un poste à 80 %, avec une véritable perspective de collaboration à moyen ou long terme.

Votre profil

  • Titulaire d-un diplôme infirmier HES ou d-un diplôme étranger avec reconnaissance de la Croix-Rouge Suisse. 
  • Au bénéfice d-une expérience en psychogériatrie et/ou psychiatrie. 
  • À l-aise dans l-accompagnement de personnes présentant des troubles cognitifs ou psychiques. 
  • Calme, patient(e), empathique et capable de prendre du recul dans les situations complexes. 
  • Autonome dans votre travail tout en appréciant la collaboration et les échanges avec vos collègues. 
  • Fiable, responsable et organisé(e). 
  • Une personne qui recherche une collaboration stable et durable, et non uniquement une mission de courte durée. 
  • À l-aise dans un environnement où la communication, la confiance et l-entraide sont essentielles.

Votre mission

  • Assurer les soins infirmiers et la prise en charge globale des résidents. 
  • Évaluer leur état de santé et adapter les soins en fonction de leurs besoins. 
  • Assurer le suivi des traitements et des prescriptions médicales. 
  • Participer à la prise en charge de personnes présentant des troubles cognitifs, psychiques ou comportementaux. 
  • Mettre en place une relation de confiance avec les résidents et leurs proches. 
  • Observer, analyser et transmettre les informations importantes concernant l-évolution des résidents. 
  • Collaborer étroitement avec l-équipe soignante et les différents intervenants. 
  • Participer activement à la qualité des soins et à l-accompagnement quotidien. 
  • Contribuer à maintenir un environnement sécurisant, bienveillant et respectueux pour les résidents.
