Persag SA recherche, pour le compte de l’un de ses partenaires dans la région de Bienne, un(e) Infirmier / Infirmière instrumentiste ou TSO afin de renforcer une équipe au sein d’un environnement opératoire exigeant et dynamique.

Vous êtes TSO ou infirmier(ère) instrumentiste, appréciez le travail en équipe et souhaitez évoluer dans un environnement où la qualité des soins, la sécurité du patient et la collaboration interdisciplinaire occupent une place centrale ? Cette opportunité pourrait vous intéresser.

Votre mission

Dans le cadre de votre fonction, vous participez activement à la prise en charge des patients au sein du bloc opératoire.

Vos principales responsabilités seront notamment de :

Préparer la salle d’opération et le matériel nécessaire à l’intervention ; Vérifier la disponibilité, la stérilité et le bon fonctionnement du matériel ; Préparer et organiser les instruments en fonction du type d’intervention ; Assurer l’instrumentation pendant les interventions chirurgicales ; Anticiper les besoins du chirurgien et de l’équipe opératoire ; Garantir le respect des règles d’hygiène, d’asepsie et de sécurité ; Participer à la prise en charge et à l’installation du patient au bloc opératoire ; Collaborer étroitement avec les chirurgiens, anesthésistes et autres professionnels impliqués dans l’intervention ; Assurer la traçabilité et le respect des procédures internes ; Participer au rangement, au contrôle et à la remise en état du matériel après les interventions ; Contribuer au bon fonctionnement général du bloc opératoire ; Participer à l’amélioration continue de la qualité et de la sécurité des soins.

Votre profil

Nous recherchons une personne disposant idéalement de :

Un diplôme de Technicien(ne) en salle d’opération (TSO) ou une formation d’infirmier(ère) avec spécialisation en instrumentation ;Une expérience professionnelle en bloc opératoire ; Une bonne maîtrise des règles d’hygiène, d’asepsie et de stérilisation; Une excellente capacité d’anticipation et d’organisation ; Une bonne connaissance du matériel et des instruments chirurgicaux ; Une capacité à travailler efficacement dans un environnement exigeant ; Un bon esprit d’équipe et une communication professionnelle ; De la rigueur, de la fiabilité et un sens élevé des responsabilités ; Une bonne capacité d’adaptation aux différentes interventions et situations.
