Pour renforcer notre secteur Hébergements, nous recherchons

un Infirmier ou une Infirmière - service Santé

Votre mission

  • Contribuer à la qualité, à la sécurité et à la continuité des prestations de soins auprès des bénéficiaires du secteur Hébergements.
  • Intervenir de manière transversale dans les résidences, en appui des équipes de terrain et selon les besoins identifiés.
  • Organiser et coordonner le suivi des soins des bénéficiaires.
  • Apporter une expertise infirmière dans les situations complexes, les soins spécifiques etle suivi des traitements médicamenteux.
  • Assurer, dans le cadre légal et institutionnel, la délégation, le suivi et la traçabilité des actes de soins confiés aux professionnels concernés.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes socio-éducatives et de soins, les partenaires médicosociaux, les familles et les proches, dans une logique de continuité de l-accompagnement.

Votre profil

  • Diplôme d-infirmier ou d-infirmière, avec autorisation de pratique délivrée par le Service du médecin cantonal de Genève.
  • Expérience ou intérêt marqué pour l-accompagnement de personnes en situation de handicap.
  • Excellentes capacités d-analyse, de priorisation et de prise de décision dans des situations de soins variées
  • Rigueur professionnelle, sens des responsabilités et aisance dans la transmission des informations liées aux soins.
  • Excellentes compétences relationnelles, sens de l-écoute et capacité à soutenir des équipes pluridisciplinaires.
  • Bonne connaissance du réseau médico-social genevois et des enjeux liés à la CDPH
  • Communication claire, structurée et adaptée aux différents interlocuteurs et interlocutrices.
