Au sein du Centre Médical Esthétique de Clinique La Prairie, vous assurez une prise en charge personnalisée et haut de gamme de nos patients, tout en contribuant au bon fonctionnement administratif et opérationnel du centre.

À l’interface entre les patients, les médecins et les équipes internes, vous exercez une fonction polyvalente qui associe soins infirmiers, coordination médicale, suivi administratif et qualité de service.

Vos responsabilités --------------------

  • Accueillir et accompagner les patients tout au long de leur parcours ;
  • Gérer les rendez\-vous et optimiser les plannings des médecins ;
  • Préparer et assurer le suivi des dossiers patients, consentements et documents médicaux ;
  • Garantir la traçabilité et l’archivage des informations conformément aux procédures internes ;
  • Coordonner les échanges entre les patients, les médecins et les différents services ;
  • Réaliser les prises de sang, de la préparation du patient et du matériel jusqu’à l’étiquetage et l’acheminement des prélèvements ;
  • Effectuer les actes infirmiers et les soins médico\-esthétiques relevant de vos compétences, sur prescription ou délégation médicale lorsque nécessaire ;
  • Assister les médecins lors des consultations, actes et traitements ;
  • Préparer les salles et cabines et veiller au respect des protocoles d’hygiène, d’asepsie et de sécurité ;
  • Assurer le suivi des patients après leurs consultations ou traitements, selon les recommandations médicales ;
  • Gérer la facturation, les encaissements et le suivi administratif des prestations et des produits ;
  • Participer à la gestion des stocks, aux inventaires, aux commandes et au contrôle des dates de péremption ;
  • Signaler les incidents ou dysfonctionnements et contribuer à l’amélioration continue du service.

Votre profil ------------

  • Diplôme d’infirmier·ère reconnu en Suisse ;
  • Autorisation de pratique lorsque celle\-ci est requise ;
  • Excellente maîtrise des prélèvements sanguins ;
  • Expérience dans un environnement médical ou médico\-esthétique souhaitée ;
  • Très bonne maîtrise du français et bon niveau d’anglais ;
  • Aisance avec les tâches administratives et les outils informatiques usuels ;
  • Respect strict du secret professionnel, des protocoles internes et de votre champ de compétences.
