Votre mission

Le service de médecine compte 40 lits d'hospitalisation, il est organisé en deux secteurs. Sa mission est d’assurer la prise en charge clinique de tous les patients adultes de la région de la Broye nécessitant des prestations de médecine interne. Le service fonctionne étroitement avec celui des soins intensifs, des urgences et avec le CTR d’Estavayer\-le\-Lac. L’équipe soignante est composée d’environ 40 ept sous la supervision de deux ICUS.

Vos responsabilités seront les suivantes :

  • Garantir la bonne prise en charge des patients des unités dont vous êtes responsable, selon une approche soins centrés patient\-famille
  • Assurer l’encadrement du personnel
  • Diriger et accompagner l’équipe pour favoriser son développement et sa pratique réflexive
  • Planifier, organiser, coordonner et contrôler la réalisation des activités des unités
  • Assurer un coaching d’équipe axé sur un soutien clinique en garantissant le suivi des bonnes pratiques
  • Promouvoir et pratiquer la collaboration interprofessionnelle
  • Participer à l’application et au contrôle des prestations de soins et des mesures de sécurité
  • Gérer et animer les divers colloques
  • Planifier et mener les entretiens d’appréciation du personnel
  • Assurer une bonne transmission de l’information ascendante, descendante et horizontale avec tous les partenaires
  • Initier et conduire des analyses de pratiques dans l’unité visant à améliorer la qualité des soins, la prise en charge du patient et des processus de travail.

Vos atouts

Au bénéfice d’un diplôme HES en soins infirmiers, vous possédez une expérience de minimum 3 ans dans le domaine des soins hospitaliers. Une expérience en chirurgie ainsi qu’une expérience confirmée dans la gestion sont des atouts. Vous possédez également une formation de gestion niveau 1, ou êtes prêt à la suivre. Doté(e) d’un esprit d’initiative et d’un bon sens des responsabilités, vous faites preuve d’excellentes capacités d’analyse, de synthèse, d’adaptation et de communication. De nature ouverte, vous êtes force de propositions et avez un intérêt marqué à collaborer de manière multidisciplinaire et avec le réseau de santé. Une excellente maîtrise du français (parlé et écrit), ainsi que des outils informatiques sont indispensables.
