Le CICR du canton d'Argovie s'engage avec 130 collaborateurs et environ 950 bénévoles dans les domaines du répit, de l'intégration sociale et de la formation. Nous œuvrons pour la promotion de la santé sur la base des principes fondamentaux de la Croix-Rouge pour les personnes dans le besoin du canton d'Argovie.

Souhaitez-vous mettre votre expérience infirmière au service d'un autre cadre que le quotidien classique des soins ? Chez nous, vous conseillez et accompagnez des personnes dans des situations de vie exigeantes, coordonnez les offres de répit et contribuez à ce que les personnes concernées puissent vivre de manière autonome à domicile aussi longtemps que possible.

Vos tâches - variées et porteuses de sens ###

  • Conseil aux clients, évaluation des besoins et de la situation
  • Mise en relation avec les aidants Croix-Rouge
  • Conseil aux clients ainsi qu-à leurs proches dans le but de permettre une vie autonome à domicile sur le long terme
  • Conseil et accompagnement professionnel des collaborateurs (aidants)
  • Participation au développement des services de répit
  • Examen des demandes de rabais Croix-Rouge, évaluation et traitement des requêtes

Ce que vous apportez ###

  • Formation achevée en tant qu-infirmier(ère) diplômé(e) HF/FH ou formation comparable dans le domaine de la santé
  • Expérience en conseil, gestion de cas ou travail avec les proches est un atout
  • Bonnes connaissances de base en gestion et compétences avancées en informatique
  • Habileté organisationnelle, sens des responsabilités, esprit d-équipe, autonomie, résistance au stress
