Nous sommes un prestataire de services moderne, actif dans toute la Suisse dans le domaine du homecare. Nous proposons un concept de prise en charge innovant et personnalisé pour les personnes atteintes de maladies rares qui dépendent d’un traitement médicamenteux à long terme et souhaitent le recevoir dans leur environnement privé habituel. Cela inclut l’administration de perfusions ou d’injections ainsi que la formation à l’auto\-administration des médicaments. Pour renforcer notre équipe de la Romandie, nous recherchons dès maintenant ou selon entente Infirmier/ère diplômé/e HES/ES – à temps partiel 50\-60% \- avec connaissances en allemand Tes tâches Administration de médicaments à domicile pour des patients de tous âges atteints de maladies rares et immunologiques Instruction des patients ou de leurs proches à l’auto\-administration des médicaments Organisation autonome de tes interventions et gestion administrative sans papier à l’aide d’outils de communication modernes Participation aux réunions d’équipe régionales et aux formations continues Ton profil Infirmier/ère diplômé/e HES/ES avec plusieurs années d’expérience en soins aigus, expérience en soins d’urgence, anesthésie, pédiatrie ou soins intensifs constitue un avantage Maîtrise de la pose de cathéters veineux périphériques et expérience dans l’administration de thérapies par perfusion Sens aigu de la qualité, autonomie, flexibilité et sens de l’organisation Aisance relationnelle, approche empathique et respectueuse Maîtrise du français et très bonnes connaissances en allemand (au minimum B2\) Permis de conduire catégorie B et plaisir à conduire Affinité avec les outils informatiques et intérêt pour les moyens de communication modernes Résidence en Romandie (idéalement dans la région de Genève ou Lausanne) et autorisation d'exercer en Suisse Nous t’offrons Un champ d’activités passionnant avec des possibilités de contribution active Des conditions d’emploi attrayantes et des horaires flexibles sans travail de nuit u moins 5 semaines de vacances, 6 semaines dès l’âge de 50 ans révolus Promotion des connaissances et des compétences professionnelles Une équipe qui se réjouit de t’accueillir Possibilités d’évolution au sein de notre organisation Tu te reconnais dans cette offre ?
