Fondée à Lausanne en 1843, la Fondation Asile des aveugles inclut l'Hôpital ophtalmique \- , service universitaire d'ophtalmologie, un centre de recherche, le Centre pédagogique pour élèves handicapés de la vue (CPHV), le service social, réadaptation et basse vision et l'établissement médico\-social Clair\- .

Plus de 670 collaborateurs se mobilisent chaque jour au service de la santé visuelle pour offrir des prestations de diagnostic, de traitement et d'accompagnement aux personnes atteintes dans leur vision.

Votre mission

  • Garantir l'intégration et l'accompagnement individualisé du résident
  • Organiser le travail de l'équipe soignante et y participer
  • Prodiguer et garantir la qualité des soins et des prestations aux résidents
  • Dispenser les soins médicaux délégués
  • Encadrer les auxiliaires de santé, les ASSC et les stagiaires.

Vos atouts

  • Bachelor of Science HES\-SO en soins infirmiers ou titre jugé équivalent
  • CAS de praticien\-ne formateur\-trice, un avantage
  • Une formation Humanitude ®, un réel atout
  • Plusieurs années de pratique dans les soins, expérience en EMS un atout
  • Aptitude à travailler en interdisciplinarité
  • Capacité de décision, d'analyse et de synthèse, sens de l'observation et des relations humaines
  • Bonnes connaissances des outils informatiques usuels.
