Êtes\-vous infirmier ou infirmière passionné par le secteur médical ? Ce poste est fait pour vous ! Vous aurez l'opportunité d'intégrer un établissement reconnu pour son engagement envers la qualité des soins et le bien\-être de ses patients. Au sein d'une équipe pluridisciplinaire, vous aurez l'occasion de réaliser des missions variées au quotidien :

* Assurer les soins de base aux patients, en veillant à leur confort et bien\-être

* Réaliser des soins techniques infirmiers et administrer les traitements prescrits

* Coopérer avec les autres professionnels de santé pour garantir un suivi optimal des patients

* Participer à l'éducation thérapeutique des patients et de leur entourage

* Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des pratiques en participant à des réunions d'équipe et à des formations régulières

Ce poste vous permettra d'exercer votre passion pour le soin tout en développant vos compétences dans un environnement dynamique et stimulant.

\-\-\-\-\-\-\- Profil recherché:

Pour être éligible au poste d'infirmier(ère), vous devez être titulaire d'un bachelor en soins infirmier. Reconnaissance de diplôme obligatoire pour les diplômes étrangers.

Vous devez également avoir une excellente connaissance des protocoles et des normes en vigueur dans le domaine médical en Suisse. Vous avez à cœur d'apporter un soutien de qualité aux patients et faites preuve d'empathie et de bienveillance dans toutes vos interactions. Vous savez travailler de manière autonome tout en étant un véritable atout pour votre équipe. La gestion du stress et l'adaptation rapide aux évolutions sont parmi vos qualités. Vous valorisez les échanges avec les autres professionnels de la santé pour toujours garantir une qualité des soins optimale. Qualités recherchées :

  • Solide connaissance des soins infirmiers et des pratiques médicales.
  • Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe pluridisciplinaire.
  • Excellente gestion du temps et des priorités.
  • Grande empathie et écoute envers le patient.
  • Adaptabilité face aux situations imprévues.
  • Connaissance du logiciel Sadies
  • Une expérience de 6 mois minimum en Suisse est obligatoire.
