Infirmier/ère en en milieu hospitalier Description de l'entreprise Mandatés par un Centre Hospitalier Universitaire de renom lausannois, nous sommes à la recherche d' H/F pour rejoindre notre équipe de poolistes dédiées au milieu hospitalier. Si vous avez possédez une expérience notable dans les soins aigus et que vous aspirez à améliorer le bien\-être des patients en milieu hospitalier, cette opportunité est faite pour vous ! Description du poste Vous participerez à l'élaboration et à la mise en œuvre du projet thérapeutique, en étroite collaboration avec le patient et une équipe pluridisciplinaire. Appliquer ses compétences techniques et relationnelles. Respecter les règles d'hygiène et d'asepsie mise en vigueur. Administrer aux patients des soins de qualité en respectant les règles de sécurité et de confort. Participer activement à la bonne dynamique du service de soins. Informations complémentaires Taux d'activité : variable selon vos disponibilités Type de contrat : missions intérimaires (de la mission ponctuelle à la longue mission à temps plein) Lieu : Lausanne Profil recherché Vous possédez le diplôme d'infirmier(e) HES ou équivalent avec la reconnaissance Croix Rouge Suisse obligatoire. Vous possédez une expérience minimum de 2 ans en milieu hospitalier. Vous êtes un(e) professionnel(le) à l'écoute, ayant de l'empathie et un esprit d'équipe. De nature calme, vous êtes à l'aise avec les différentes prise en charge et les situations d'urgence. La relation soignant/soigné est au cœur de votre prise en charge.
