La Fondation de Nant organise l’ensemble des soins psychiatriques publiques de l’Est vaudois. Elle assume une mission de santé publique à la demande de l’Etat de Vaud. Ses services de soins sont ouverts à tous, enfants, adolescents, adultes et personnes âgées habitant les districts d’Aigle, de Lavaux\-Oron et de la Riviera\-Pays\-d’Enhaut. Ils sont proposés par des Psychiatres, des Psychologues, des Infirmiers, des Ergothérapeutes, des Assistants sociaux, des Educateurs et autres professionnels de la santé mentale. La Fondation de Nant est membre de la Fédération des Hôpitaux Vaudois (FHV), organe faîtier des hôpitaux régionaux vaudois reconnus d’intérêt public. Elle fait également partie du Réseau Santé Haut\-Léman qui regroupe les partenaires de la santé de la Riviera et du Pays\-d’Enhaut avec ceux du Chablais vaudois et valaisan. Attachée à la psychanalyse par son histoire, la Fondation de Nant se reconnaît actuellement dans ses développements contemporains. La vision clinique qui en résulte se décline à travers ses pratiques, ses formations et son ouverture aux autres approches.

LA MISSION

Les infirmiers·ères de nuit ont pour mission d’assurer les prestations de soin requises pour chaque patient et ce en grande autonomie et en étroite collaboration au sein d’une équipe interdisciplinaire. Appelé·es à intervenir sur différentes unités, ils·elles ont la caractéristique d’être particulièrement flexibles.

La Fondation de Nant est une institution privée reconnue d’intérêt public, chargée par l’Etat d’organiser et dispenser des soins psychiatriques dans la région de l’Est vaudois. Travailler à la Fondation de Nant c’est travailler au sein d’une équipe interdisciplinaire qui propose des séjours de durée brève à moyenne pour soutenir et consolider le processus de rétablissement des patients présentant des troubles psychiques sévères engendrant des difficultés sociales et relationnelles.

NOUS CHERCHONS

Un·e infirmier·ère avec de l’expérience en psychiatrie,détenteur·triced’un Bachelor of Science HES\-SO en soins infirmier avec reconnaissance Croix\-Rouge (ou titre jugé équivalent). Nous cherchons une personne particulièrement adaptable et flexible ayant la capacité à être au service du patient, de ses collègues et de l’institution. Finalement nous souhaitons engager une personne motivée par la mission de le Fondation et aimant le travail en équipe*interdisciplinaire*.
