Nous recrutons des professionnels de santé pour intégrer des établissements en Suisse romande. Que vous préfériez l'adrénaline de l'hôpital ou la proximité des soins à domicile, nous avons le poste qui correspond à votre profil.

Infirmier(ère) ou ASSC (60-100%)

Secteurs disponibles (au choix) :

1. Hôpitaux et cliniques privées : soins intensifs, ambulatoire, rééducation et bien d'autres services 2. EMS / Maisons de retraite : accent sur la gériatrie, psychogériatrie les soins de longue durée 3. Soins à domicile : autonomie totale, gestion des cas et soins de proximité.

Vos missions :

  • Accompagnement personnalisé : Soutenir le patient ou le résident dans les actes de la vie quotidienne, tout en favorisant son autonomie et son épanouissement à travers des activités sociales et thérapeutiques adaptées.
  • Expertise clinique : Participer activement à l'élaboration, au suivi et à l'ajustement du projet de soins/thérapeutique pour garantir une prise en charge efficace et sécurisée.
  • Amélioration continue : Être force de proposition pour optimiser l'organisation des soins, l'efficience des pratiques et la qualité des prestations au sein de votre structure.
  • Communication & Relationnel : Assurer une transmission fluide des informations au sein de l'équipe pluridisciplinaire et garantir un accueil bienveillant ainsi qu'un soutien de qualité aux familles et aux proches.
  • Coordination des soins : Veiller à la continuité des soins et à la cohérence des interventions, que ce soit en milieu hospitalier, en institution ou à domicile.

Compétences requises :

  • * Bachelor en Soins Infirmier ou titre jugé équivalent ou CFC ASSC
  • Reconnaissance Croix-Rouge :Reconnaissance obtenue ou procédure en cours
  • Apte à collaborer en réseau et en interdisciplinarité
  • Maîtrise de la langue française parlée et écrit
  • A l'aise dans l'utilisation des outils informatiques courants
