Infirmier·ère responsable de secteur à 80 % (Réf : RSSV\-26\-23\) =====================================================================

Le RSSV regroupe les services de soins à domicile, curatelles, sociaux ainsi que deux EMS dans le district de la Veveyse. Il œuvre pour une prise en charge de qualité, humaine et adaptée aux besoins de la population, tout en s’adaptant aux défis actuels et futurs du secteur santé\-social.

Mission

En tant que Responsable de secteur, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l’organisation et l’accompagnement de votre équipe au quotidien.

Vos principales responsabilités

Participer activement aux projets de développement du service, en étroite collaboration avec la cheffe de serviceEncadrer et animer une équipe de professionnels des soins à domicileConduire les entretiens et assurer un management de proximitéAssurer le suivi de l’activité : planification, gestion des remplacements, suivi des prestationsGérer les réclamations et les situations clients sensibles, en apportant des solutions adaptées et en veillant à la satisfaction des usagersGarantir la qualité des soins et la satisfaction des bénéficiairesFavoriser l’évolution des pratiques professionnelles pour répondre aux nouveaux défis du secteur (vieillissement, maintien à domicile, innovations...)Être force de proposition pour l’amélioration continue de l’organisation et de la qualité des services

Profil recherché

Diplôme infirmier HES ou équivalentCertification en managementExpérience réussie dans la gestion d’équipe, idéalement dans le secteur médico\-social ou de la santéAptitudes managériales affirmées : écoute, esprit d’équipe, capacité à fédérerSens de l'organisation, rigueur et autonomieEsprit d’initiative, proactivité, capacité à accompagner le changementExcellentes capacités relationnelles et sens du service clientSouplesse dans l’organisation du temps de travailConnaissance de RAI CARE et Carefolio un atoutPermis de conduire et véhicule indispensables
