Avec nos plus de 500 collaborateurs, le Centre médico\-social régional de Sierre (Association intercommunale) a pour mission d’offrir différents services à l’ensemble de la population des 11 communes membres. Nos principales prestations couvrent des domaines variés, comme notamment l’aide et les soins à domicile, l’action sociale, l’emploi, la prévention et l’accueil de l’enfance.

Infirmier · ère spécialisé ·e en soins palliatifs entre 80% et 100% ========================================================================

Votre profil

\- Vous êtes au bénéfice d’un diplôme HES d’infirmier·ère ou formation jugée équivalente

\- Vous êtes spécialisé·e dans les soins palliatifs et êtes en possession du CAS

\- Vous disposez de soldes compétences cliniques et êtes à l’aise dans l’évaluation et la gestion de situations complexes

\- Vous savez faire face aux situations émotionnellement exigeantes avec calme, recul et maîtrise de soi

\- Vous faites preuve d’autonomie et de flexibilité

\- Vous appréciez les contacts humains et êtes orienté·e client

\- Vous êtes au bénéfice d’un véhicule privé

Votre mission

\- Vous assurez des soins infirmiers et un accompagnement adapté aux personnes adultes nécessitant des soins palliatifs, notamment dans les situations complexes et de fin de vie, en étroite collaboration avec son entourage

\- Vous privilégiez une approche globale de la personne, en tenant compte de ses besoins physiques, psychologiques, sociaux et, selon ses souhaits, spirituels

\- Vous implémentez les outils d’évaluation des symptômes auprès des équipes

\- Vous contribuez à faire évoluer les soins palliatifs au sein de l’institution

\- Vous intervenez comme personne\-ressource en soins palliatifs auprès des équipes de terrain et apportez votre expertise dans l’analyse de situations complexes
