L’APREMADOL, avec ses 4 CMS, dessert 7 communes de l’Ouest lausannois. Afin de compléter nos équipes, nous cherchons, de suite ou à convenir, plusieurs : Infirmier·ère terrain 70% \- 80% Vos tâches principales Assurer des soins et une prise en charge adaptée à des personnes de tous âges, dans des contextes divers, en collaboration avec leur entourage Assurer les prestations de soins techniques, d’hygiène et de confort ainsi que l’accompagnement auprès de nos clients Documenter le dossier informatisé du client en introduisant notamment l’ensemble des informations nécessaires à la réalisation des prestations, à la continuité des soins et à la planification Assurer les prestations de soins médico\-délégués, d’hygiène et de confort ainsi que l’accompagnement auprès de nos clients Participer activement et en pluridisciplinarité, à la coordination et au suivi du projet de soins défini avec le client Participer à l’identification des besoins immédiats des nouveaux clients Accompagner les collaborateurs auxiliaires afin de garantir la qualité des prestations Votre profil et vos compétences : Bachelor en soins infirmiers HES ou titre équivalent Expérience dans le domaine de la santé Bonnes connaissances du domaine socio\-sanitaire Bonne maîtrise de la langue française avec de bonnes compétences rédactionnelles Capacité d’analyse et de synthèse Bonnes connaissances des outils informatiques usuels Capacité à communiquer et négocier Capacité à travailler en équipe pluridisciplinaire Nous offrons Des conditions de travail et de rémunération selon la Convention Collective de Travail (CCT) dans le secteur sanitaire parapublic vaudois Des conditions de prévoyance professionnelle qui s’étendent au\-delà des prestations minimales prévues par la loi Cinq semaines de vacances par année et six semaines dès 50 ans Des offres de formations riches et variées en lien avec les attentes du poste occupé Flexibilité des horaires de travail et des taux d’activité Lieu de travail : Ouest lausannois Entrée en fonction : de suite ou à convenir Envie de rejoindre notre équipe ?
