Nous recherchons des infirmiers HES ou reconnu(e)s par la Croix\-Rouge pour des missions en soins à domicile,

ponctuelles ou de longue durée.

Description du poste --------------------

Les soins à domicile sont plus qu'un métier pour vous : une véritable vocation ?

Vous êtes disponible entre 50 % et 100 % et souhaitez effectuer : • des missions ponctuelles (journées ou demi\-journées), • ou une mission de longue durée (minimum 3 mois à 80 %, avec possibilité d'évolution vers un poste fixe) ?

Rejoignez une équipe de CMS engagée et proche de la population. Au cœur du quotidien des patients, vous jouez un rôle essentiel dans le maintien de leur autonomie et de leur bien\-être, en apportant des soins humains, personnalisés et de qualité.

Secteur : La Cote \- Nord vaudois \- La Riviera \- Couronne lausannoise Véhicule indispensable \-\-\-\-\-\-\- Secteur : Lausanne Véhicule optionnel

Vos missions :

  • Effectuer des soins infirmiers et soins de base au domicile de personnes présentant un état de dépendance physique, psychique ou un handicap (contrôle de santé, prise de tension, prise de sang, glycémie, injections, pansements)
  • Soutenir l'équipe pluridisciplinaire du CMS dans la gestion des situations patients
  • Assurer la bonne transmission des informations entre tous les intervenants au travers du dossier patient

Profil recherché -----------------

Nous recherchons :

* Bachelor en soins infirmiers ou diplôme étranger avec reconnaissance Croix\-Rouge suisse obligatoire

* Expérience :

• Minimum 6 mois d'expérience en soins à domicile.

* Compétences techniques :

• Connaissance des logiciels Medlink : un atout.

* Disponibilités :

• Flexibilité horaire requise (horaires coupés, matin, soir et week\-end).

* Qualités personnelles :

\- Savoir être et excellente présentation \- Autonomie et sens de l'initiative \- Capacité d'adaptation \- Bon sens relationnel et communication \- Patience et bonne gestion du stress
