NOUS RECRUTONS UN·E Infirmier·ère veilleur·se responsable d’unité de soins (IRUS) 90% - 100% Vous souhaitez mettre vos compétences infirmières, votre sens de l’organisation et votre leadership au service des résident·e·s et d’une équipe engagée ? Ce poste vous offre l’opportunité de jouer un rôle clé dans la qualité des soins et le bon fonctionnement de l’unité.

Votre profil  Bachelor HES infirmier ou diplôme jugé équivalent reconnu par la Croix Rouge Suisse  Excellente capacité d’organisation et bonne gestion des priorités dans un environnement pluridisciplinaire  Capacité d’analyse, esprit d’initiative et de synthèse  Très bonnes qualités relationnelles, empathie et aisance dans la communication  Expérience confirmée en tant qu’IRUS en gériatrie et psychogériatrie  Motivation à apprendre au quotidien et à partager ses compétences et connaissances  Connaissance du programme Besa souhaitée  CAS en management ou en psychogériatrie : un atout

Vos missions  Assurer la coordination et la supervision des soins, en garantissant leur qualité et le respect des besoins individuels des résident·e·s  Prodiguer des soins et veiller à la qualité des prestations fournies dans les unités  Collaborer avec les proches, superviser l’équipe et solliciter l’appui de la hiérarchie si nécessaire  Encadrer, organiser et répartir les tâches selon les compétences de chacun·e  Motiver et soutenir l’équipe en favorisant un climat de travail positif  Transmettre les informations institutionnelles aux collaborateur·trice·s et veiller à leur bonne compréhension  Faire le lien entre l’équipe, les cadres infirmiers et la Direction  Assurer le suivi des tâches administratives liées à la fonction
