Afin de compléter nos équipes déjà en poste et pour faire face aux besoins grandissants, nous recherchons des infirmiers et infirmières en psychiatrie et expérimentés sur le secteur de la Côte dans le canton de Vaud :

Infirmiers en Psychiatrie (H/F)

Structure et contrat :

  • Structures basées sur la Côte, dans le canton de Vaud
  • Spécialités proposées : psychiatrie
  • Missions temporaires au pied levé et longue durée

Votre profil

  • Vous bénéficiez d'un diplôme infirmier HES ou équivalent depuis plus de 2 ans avec reconnaissance de diplôme par la Croix Rouge Suisse,
  • Vous êtes riche d'une première expérience confirmée et réussie sur le secteur hospitalier d’au moins 6 mois en Suisse,
  • Expérience confirmée ou vif intérêt marqué pour le domaine de la psychiatrie et santé mentale.
  • Capacité d'écoute, excellent sens de l'empathie, rigueur et gestion efficace des situations de crise.
  • Vous disposez d'une grande aisance relationnelle et savez gérer vos émotions
  • Vous êtes rigoureux\-se, adaptable et flexible

Votre mission :

  • Assurer la prise en charge globale et individualisée des patients hospitalisés en unité psychiatrique.
  • Évaluer les besoins de soins, planifier et dispenser les interventions infirmières adaptées.
  • Animer des entretiens de soutien et participer aux activités thérapeutiques de groupe ou individuelles.
  • Collaborer activement avec l'équipe médicale, les assistants sociaux et les autres partenaires du réseau socio\-sanitaire.
  • Garantir la traçabilité des soins et la gestion des dossiers patients via les outils informatiques en vigueur.
