Afin de compléter nos équipes déjà en poste et pour faire face aux besoins grandissants, nous recherchons des infirmiers et infirmières polyvalents et expérimentés sur le secteur hospitalier pur le camton de Vaud :

Infirmiers en Soins Généraux (H/F)

Structure et contrat :

  • Structures basées sur le canton de Vaud alliant une prise en charge publique et privée
  • Spécialités proposées : Chirurgie polyvalente et spécialisée, Médecine polyvalente et spécialisée, Urgences, Soins intensifs, Gériatrie, Réhabilitation, Soins palliatifs....
  • Missions temporaires

Votre profil

  • Vous bénéficiez d'un diplôme infirmier HES ou équivalent depuis plus de 2 ans avec reconnaissance de diplôme par la Croix Rouge Suisse,
  • Vous êtes riche d'une première expérience confirmée et réussie sur le secteur hospitalier d-au moins 6 mois en Suisse,
  • Vous êtes polyvalent-e et ouvert-e à découvrir de multiples secteurs de soins,
  • Vous disposez d'une grande aisance relationnelle et savez gérer vos émotions
  • Vous êtes rigoureux-se, adaptable et flexible

Votre mission :

  • Assurer la prise en charge spécifique et personnalisée des patients selon les protocoles des unités,
  • Participer à l'élaboration et à l'évolution du plan de soins selon vos évaluations,
  • A l'aise avec la technique, vous planifiez, organisez et prodiguez des soins sur votre rôle propre et en binôme avec l'aide-soignant(e),
  • Assurer la traçabilité et la transmission des informations essentielles à la prise en charge,
  • Informer le patient et sa famille sur les soins réalisés et l'évolution de la prise en charge,
