Infrastructures réseaux IP \- Ubiquiti \- 3CX \- VoIP

VOS RESPONSABILITES PRINCIPALES

Exécuter et gérer l’installation, la programmation, la mise en service et la maintenance de solutions de télécommunications pour les entreprises et les privés.

VOS MISSIONS PRINCIPALES

  • Installer, configurer et maintenir des infrastructures réseaux IP pour les client.
  • Déployer, administrer et assurer le support des solutions réseau, notamment basées sur les équipements Ubiquiti.
  • Mettre en œuvre et maintenir des solutions de téléphonie IP (VoIP), en particulier les plateformes 3CX.
  • Assurer le diagnostic et la résolution des incidents liés aux réseaux, à la connectivité et aux systèmes de communication.
  • Participer à la sécurisation des infrastructures informatiques en appliquant les bonnes pratiques de cybersécurité.
  • Réaliser les mises en service, les tests de fonctionnement et la documentation des installations.
  • Accompagner les clients et utilisateurs dans l'exploitation des solutions déployées et fournir un support technique de qualité.
  • Assurer une veille technologique et proposer des améliorations visant à renforcer la performance, la fiabilité et la disponibilité des infrastructures.
  • Participer à l'élaboration et à la mise en œuvre de projets de modernisation ou d'évolution des systèmes de communication et des réseaux.

VOTRE PROFIL

  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un CFC de télématicien, d’Informaticien du bâtiment ou d’une formation équivalente orientée réseau.
  • Vous justifiez d’une expérience préalable dans une fonction similaire.
  • Vous maîtrisez les réseaux IP ainsi que la mise en place et l’administration d’infrastructures informatiques, notamment avec les solutions Ubiquiti.
  • Vous disposez de bonnes connaissances en sécurité informatique et appliquez les bonnes pratiques permettant de garantir la fiabilité et la protection des systèmes.
  • À l’aise avec les environnements VoIP, vous possédez une expérience dans le déploiement et l’exploitation d’infrastructures de téléphonie IP, particulièrement avec les solutions 3CX.
  • Orienté service et solutions, vous comprenez les enjeux techniques tout en veillant à assurer la performance, la disponibilité etla fiabilité des infrastructures déployées.
  • Autonome et flexible, vous savez organiser votre travail efficacement et gérer les priorités dans un environnement exigeant.
  • Doté d’un bon relationnel et d’un fort sens du service client, vous intervenez avec professionnalisme et pragmatisme.
  • Votre esprit d’analyse et votre capacité à résoudre les problèmes vous permettent d’apporter des solutions rapides et pertinentes, même sous pression.
