En rejoignant deRham, vous contribuez activement au bon fonctionnement, à la sécurité et à l-évolution de notre environnement informatique, tout en garantissant un accompagnement de proximité et une expérience utilisateur de qualité.

Votre mission

  • Au sein de notre service Système d'information, vous êtes le point de contact de référence pour le support aux utilisateurs (niveaux 1 et 2) : vous diagnostiquez les problèmes, suivez les demandes dans le respect des SLA internes et documentez les solutions afin d'améliorer durablement la qualité de service.
  • Garant des accès, vous gérez les identités tout au long du cycle de vie des collaborateurs, des comptes et droits jusqu'aux licences, dans le respect des bonnes pratiques de sécurité.
  • Vous assurez la préparation et la configuration des postes de travail ainsi que le suivi du parc informatique, du matériel aux smartphones, en lien avec nos fournisseurs.
  • Vous participez à l'administration des serveurs, du réseau, de Microsoft 365 et de la téléphonie, ainsi qu'à la sécurité, aux sauvegardes et au déploiement des mises à jour.
  • Vous collaborez étroitement avec les différents services et nos prestataires externes, et garantissez la qualité de la documentation technique interne comme des guides destinés aux utilisateurs.

Au-delà de votre parcours, vous vous distinguez par-

  • - votre CFC d'informaticien, complété par au moins une année d'expérience dans un poste similaire ;
  • - votre aisance relationnelle et votre personnalité rassurante, qui vous rendent crédible et digne de confiance aux yeux de vos interlocuteurs ;
  • - votre maîtrise du langage technique en français comme en anglais, et votre familiarité avec les environnements Windows Server, Windows 11, la virtualisation et Microsoft 365 ;
  • - votre rigueur, votre force de proposition et votre goût du travail en équipe ;
  • -votre capacité à prendre des initiatives et à entretenir un dialogue ouvert, professionnel et empreint de confiance.
