Infosynergie SA est une société active dans les solutions informatiques et les services aux entreprises. Afin de renforcer notre équipe technique, nous recherchons un(e) Informaticien(ne) CFC motivé(e), autonome et orienté(e) satisfaction client.

Votre mission

Au sein de notre équipe de support, vous assurez le traitement des demandes de nos clients ainsi que les interventions sur site et à distance. Vous participez au maintien et au bon fonctionnement des infrastructures informatiques de PME de secteurs variés.

Vos responsabilités

  • Assurer le support informatique de niveau 1 et 2 auprès de nos clients.
  • Réceptionner, analyser et traiter les demandes via téléphone, e-mail et système de tickets.
  • Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents matériels, logiciels et réseau.
  • Installer, configurer et mettre à jour les postes de travail et périphériques.
  • Participer à la gestion des utilisateurs, des accès et des environnements Microsoft 365.
  • Effectuer des interventions techniques sur site.
  • Assurer le suivi des tickets et la documentation des interventions.
  • Participer à la réalisation de projets informatiques et aux migrations clients.

Votre profil

  • CFC d'informaticien(ne) ou formation jugée équivalente.
  • Expérience dans le support utilisateurs et la gestion des postes de travail.
  • Bonnes connaissances des environnements Microsoft Windows et Microsoft 365.
  • Connaissances solides en réseaux et sécurité (idéalement Sophos).
  • Aisance dans le contact avec les utilisateurs et sens du service.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en appréciant le travail d'équipe.
  • Permis de conduire catégorie B indispensable.
