Im Bereich ICT suchen wir nach Vereinbarung eine/n Informatiker/in.

Informatiker/in 80\-100% ========================

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du betreust Systeme und Applikationen in einer hybriden Infrastruktur (on premise, Private Cloud, Public Cloud)
  • Du stellst einen stabilen, sicheren und verfügbaren Betrieb von Netzwerk und Telefonie an den Standorten Wasen und Grünen sicher
  • Du betreust Arbeitsplätze für alle Mitarbeitenden an den Standorten Wasen und Grünen
  • Du unterstützt unsere Mitarbeitenden im 1st, 2nd\- und 3rd\-Level\-Support
  • Du arbeitest nach modernem Servicemanagement, analysierst systematisch Probleme und sorgst für eine strukturierte Dokumentation
  • Du unterstützt Optimierungen, Automatisierungen und Modernisierungen
  • Du sorgst für die Umsetzung von Anforderungen in einem regulierten Umfeld (Medizinproduktentwicklung)

Dein Profil

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik / ICT oder vergleichbar
  • Du bringst Erfahrung in einer vielseitigen ICT\-Infrastruktur mit oder Motivation, Dich in eine solche einzuarbeiten
  • Du hast ein Grundverständnis von Cloud\-Umgebungen und Interesse an IT\-Service\-Management sowie Systemdokumentation
  • Du bist bereit, dich in Legacy\-Systeme einzuarbeiten und neue Technologien kennenzulernen
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und analytisch und bringst eine hohe Lernbereitschaft mit
  • Du überzeugst mit deiner kunden\- und serviceorientierten Art, Kommunikation, Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
