Das Departementssekretariat unterstützt die Departementsleitung und verantwortet die digitale Transformation im Bau\- und Justizdepartement. Der Projektleitungspool des Amts für Geoinformation unterstützt das Departementssekretariat und die Fachämter bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung digitaler Vorhaben. Für die Abteilung Dienstleistungen suchen wir per oder nach Vereinbarung am Standort Solothurn eine/\-n IS\-Verantwortliche/\-n und Projektleiter/\-in, 80\-100%.

Ihre Verantwortung

  • Sie initialisieren, planen und leiten IT\- und Digitalisierungsprojekte für das Departementssekretariat und die Fachämter. Gemeinsam mit den Dienststellen analysieren Sie Probleme, Prozesse und Anforderungen und erarbeiten Lösungskonzepte sowie Entscheidungsgrundlagen.
  • Sie unterstützen die Pflege des departementalen Projektportfolios sowie die Abstimmung und Priorisierung von Vorhaben, auch im KI\-Bereich.
  • Als Informationssicherheitsverantwortliche/\-r beurteilen Sie Schutzbedarf, Risiken und Sicherheitsanforderungen und beraten die Ämter.

Ihr Profil

  • Sie besitzen einen Bachelor\- oder Masterabschluss in (Wirtschafts\-)Informatik, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Ihre fundierte Erfahrung hilft Ihnen in der Erhebung der fachlichen Anforderungen und in der Erstellung von Lösungskonzepten.
  • Ihre Erfahrung im Führen von Projekten und Ihre Methodenkompetenz in Projektmanagement runden Ihr Profil ab.
