Für unsere Team im Bereich Procurement / Infrastructure suchen wir in Gümligen (BE) per 1\. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine:n

Infrastructure Officer (m/w/d) 60% ==================================

  • Die Gesamtverantwortung für die Fahrzeugflotte liegt in deinen Händen: Du steuerst das Flotten\- und Schadenmanagement, wickelst Versicherungs\- sowie Rechtsschutzfälle ab und koordinierst alle externen Dienstleister.
  • Als unterstützende Ansprechperson berätst du unsere Standorte bei operativen Infrastrukturfragen, begleitest kleinere Bau\- und Anpassungsprojekte, wickelst Beschaffungen (z. B. Arbeitskleidung, Leuchtmittel) ab und unterstützt beim Datenmanagement vom Webshop.
  • Direkte Unterstützung der Leitung: Du erstellst aussagekräftige Berichte sowie Entscheidungsgrundlagen für den Head of Purchasing \& Infrastructure, wirkst bei Audits mit und übernahmst flexibel Ad\-hoc\- sowie Sonderprojekte.
  • Sicherheits\-, Umwelt\- und Qualitätsstandards hältst du stets im Blick und stellst deren konsequente Einhaltung im gesamten Verantwortungsbereich sicher.
  • Die Überwachung von Terminen, Kosten und Qualität stellst du in deinen Themenbereichen sicher, während du aktiv bei der Budgetplanung und Kostenkontrolle mitwirkst.
  • Deine Basis bildet eine abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Grundausbildung (EFZ), idealerweise ergänzt durch eine fachspezifische Weiterbildung im Facility Management oder der Infrastruktur.
  • Eine ausgeprägte Organisationsstärke zeichnet dich aus: Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und behältst auch bei der Koordination komplexer Aufgaben stets den Überblick.
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich der betrieblichen Infrastruktur, im Facility Management oder im technischen Betrieb bringst du bereits mit.
  • Kommunikationsstärke lebst du im täglichen Austausch mit internen Ansprechpartnern sowie externen Dienstleistern, Partnern und Lieferanten.
  • Erste Grundkenntnisse im Vertrags\- und Lieferantenmanagement runden dein Profil ab und helfen dir dabei, Qualitäts\- und Servicevereinbarungen im Blick zu behalten.
