Nous recherchons un Ingénieur Certification et Autorisation pour accompagner les projets de matériel roulant dans leurs processus d’homologation et d’autorisation de mise en service. Le rôle consiste à garantir la conformité réglementaire, coordonner les activités avec les autorités de sécurité, et piloter l’ensemble du cycle de certification en lien avec les équipes d’ingénierie.

Ce poste s’adresse à un(e) ingénieur(e) disposant d’une expérience concrète en homologation ferroviaire, capable de gérer des exigences complexes, de structurer la documentation technique, et d’assurer l’interface avec les organismes d’évaluation (NoBo, DeBo, ISA) et les autorités nationales.

Responsabilités clés :

Interprétation et application des TSI, normes EN et réglementations nationales. Élaboration et suivi des plans de certification et de vérification. Gestion des livrables techniques, matrices de conformité et transmissions aux NoBo/ISA. Préparation des dossiers d’autorisation et interface avec les NSA pour l’APS. Contribution aux analyses de risques, études de dangers et au SMS. Collaboration avec les équipes de conception, intégration et maintenance. Animation de réunions, reporting structuré et présentation aux clients/autorités.

Profil recherché :

Diplôme d’ingénieur en mécanique, génie ferroviaire ou équivalent. Expérience confirmée en certification / homologation ferroviaire. Maîtrise des référentiels : TSI, EN, NoBo/ISA/NSA, APS, SMS. Compétences en documentation technique, conformité, analyse de risques. Connaissance d’outils : CATIA, SolidWorks, MATLAB, ANSYS, PLM (Teamcenter, SAP). Qualités : communication, rigueur, autonomie, capacité à défendre des positions techniques. Langues : français et anglais courants ; allemand apprécié. Toute autre langue est la bienvenue.
