Vos tâches

En tant qu'ingénieur commercial interne, vous faites partie de l'équipe commerciale internationale et, avec le service extérieur, vous veillez à élaborer la meilleure offre pour nos clients dans le secteur pharmaceutique. Vos principales tâches comprennent :

  • Analyse des documents d'appel d'offres de nos clients
  • Développement d'un concept de solution technique pour des installations sur le marché des sciences de la vie (environnement GMP et GLP) en collaboration avec les ventes, l'ingénierie, la production et les départements commerciaux spécialisés
  • Analyse des risques techniques et commerciaux et création de la matrice d'évaluation
  • Élaboration des calculs et des offres
  • Participation aux entretiens avec les clients (en interne, en téléconférence ou sur site)
  • Transmission à la gestion de projet (participation au kick-off en interne ou chez le client)
  • Coordination avec la gestion des produits concernant les demandes fréquentes / tendances du marché et définition de nouvelles options pour la liste de prix

Votre profil

Nous recherchons un collaborateur ou une collaboratrice techniquement formé(e) avec un grand intérêt pour les contextes économiques. Vous devriez posséder les qualifications suivantes :

  • Formation technique de base ainsi que formation complémentaire de technicien HF, ingénieur FH/ETH ou études scientifiques
  • Expérience approfondie dans la construction d'installations, une expérience dans le secteur pharmaceutique ou biotechnologique est un avantage
  • Expérience dans l'élaboration d'offres techniquement complexes, des connaissances de base en gestion de projet sont un plus
  • Bonnes connaissances de MS Office et SAP, Salesforce souhaité
  • Maîtrise courante de l'allemand et de l'anglais à l'oral et à l'écrit, d'autres langues sont un avantage
  • Excellentes compétences en communication ainsi qu'un bon esprit d'équipe
  • Approche de travail engagée, autonome et fiable
  • Disponibilité pour les déplacements (max. 20 %, principalement en Europe, parfois dans le monde entier)
