Vous avez dit mécatronique ? Une solution mécatronique combine de la mécanique, de l-électronique et de l-informatique. Nos solutions, qui reposent sur des technologies électromagnétiques sans contact, reçoivent un signal électrique et le transforment en un mouvement mécanique. Elles se déclinent en moteurs pas-à-pas ou brushless DC, en capteurs magnétiques, réducteurs mécaniques, logiciel et électroniques de commande.

Votre mission ###

Au sein d-une équipe projet pluridisciplinaire, vous contribuez au développement de solutions mécatroniques innovantes, de la conception jusqu-à la validation produit.

À ce titre, vous :

* * Concevez et développez des actionneurs et systèmes mécatroniques en appliquant les principes de Design to Cost et Design for Six Sigma. * * Réalisez les études de conception, calculs et simulations afin de valider les choix techniques. * * Élaborez les modèles CAO, les plans de définition, les chaînes de cotes fonctionnelles et assurez la montabilité des produits. * * Assurer la réalisation et le suivi des prototypes. * * Réalisez les tests préliminaires et analysez les résultats afin de garantir l-atteinte des performances attendues. * * Collaborez avec les fournisseurs internes et externes pour définir et optimiser les solutions techniques et industrielles. * * Constituez et maintenez le Design Justification File (DJF) en garantissant la traçabilité des choix de conception. * * Participez aux AMDEC Produit et contribuez à l-identification et à la maîtrise des risques. * * Contribuez aux analyses de défauts, à la résolution de problèmes et à la définition des plans d-actions techniques associés. *

Vos compétences ###

* * Excellente maîtrise de la CAO 3D/2D, de la mise en plan, des chaînes de cotes et des tolérances fonctionnelles. * * Solides compétences en simulation numérique (calculs mécaniques, analyses multiphysiques) permettant d-orienter et de valider les choix de conception. * * Bonne connaissance des procédés de fabrication, notamment de l-usinage, et des contraintes d-industrialisation. * * Expérience du développement, du suivi et de la validation de prototypes, en collaboration avec les fournisseurs et les équipes projet. * * Capacité à intervenir sur le terrain lors des montages et essais afin d-assurer la convergence technique des solutions développées. * * Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement dynamique nécessitant réactivité, polyvalence et prise de décision technique. *

Votre parcours ###

* * Formation d-ingénieur en mécanique, mécatronique ou équivalent. * * Expérience confirmée en développement de produits mécaniques, idéalement dans un environnement industriel exigeant. *
