Rejoignez Schivo Medical, spécialiste de la fabrication de composants de haute précision pour les dispositifs médicaux et les sciences de la vie. Dans le cadre du développement de ses activités, Mecaplast SA, spécialisé dans le moulage de plastiques, métaux et céramiques de haute précision, recherche un(e) :

Ingénieur(e) NPI / Industrialisation - Dispositifs médicaux- à 100 %

Au cœur de l-industrialisation, vous pilotez les projets NPI, de la définition du procédé jusqu-au démarrage en production série. Vous évoluerez dans un environnement technique, exigeant et innovant, au sein d-une structure à taille humaine, avec des activités variées et des responsabilités concrètes.

Votre mission :

  • Pilotez les projets d-industrialisation et leur planning en assurant le suivi des différentes étapes, des délais et des actions jusqu-au lancement en production ;
  • Coordonnez les équipes Production, Qualité, R&D, Supply Chain et Technique, afin d-assurer une collaboration efficace et la bonne réalisation des objectifs du projet ;
  • Définissez et optimisez les procédés de fabrication, ainsi que les équipements, outillages et moyens de contrôle nécessaires à une production fiable et performante ;
  • Planifiez et supervisez les essais, préséries et validations IQ/OQ/PQ, en analysant les résultats et en mettant en place les actions nécessaires à la robustesse du processus ;
  • Assurez la documentation industrielle et le transfert en production, en veillant à ce que les processus, instructions et moyens nécessaires soient définis et maîtrisés ;
  • Accompagnez les premières séries en production, identifiez les écarts et opportunités d-amélioration et pilotez les actions permettant de stabiliser et d-optimiser les processus ;
  • Assurez le suivi technique des projets et la communication avec les clients, en apportant votre expertise sur les aspects liés aux procédés, à l-industrialisation et à la production ;
  • Contribuez à l-amélioration continue, en recherchant des solutions permettant d-améliorer la qualité, la productivité, la fiabilité et la répétabilité des processus.

Votre profil :

  • Formation : diplôme d-ingénieur HES ou EPF, ou formation jugée équivalente, dans un domaine technique tel que la mécanique, microtechnique, génie industriel, production ou domaine similaire.
  • Expérience professionnelle : en industrialisation/NPI, gestion de projets techniques ou production industrielle, idéalement dans un environnement médical ou réglementé, est un atout. Une expérience en salle blanche est également appréciée.
  • Outils et données : aisance avec les outils informatiques et capacité à exploiter et analyser des données (Excel, ERP, etc.).
  • Qualités personnelles : personnalité proactive, autonome et pragmatique, avec une forte orientation solutions et amélioration continue.
  • Travail en équipe : forte présence sur le terrain et capacité à collaborer efficacement avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires.
  • Langues : excellente maîtrise du français et bon niveau d-anglais professionnel requis.
