Katharina recherche pour renforcer son équipe une personne engagée, alliant expertise technique, digitalisation, gestion des processus et réflexion stratégique. ###

Ce qui vous attend

  • Développement continu de la gestion de la maintenance avec un focus sur des processus efficaces, économiques et standardisés ainsi qu-un pilotage basé sur les données tout au long du cycle de vie des installations
  • Initiation, conception, priorisation et accompagnement de projets et initiatives pour optimiser et digitaliser la gestion de la maintenance
  • Élaboration de concepts ainsi que mise en œuvre de spécifications techniques dans le cadre de projets de transformation, par exemple dans les domaines des prévisions d-état, intégration SAP/GIS ou centres de contrôle techniques
  • Analyse, optimisation et développement des processus, structures de données et applications numériques en utilisant des technologies modernes telles que les plateformes low-code, les workflows automatisés et les solutions assistées par IA
  • Gestion autonome de projets pour l-évaluation et l-introduction de nouvelles solutions et outils ainsi que soutien à la direction de la gestion de la maintenance sur des sujets stratégiques, techniques et organisationnels, y compris en tant que suppléant·e

Ce que vous apportez

  • Diplôme universitaire (FH/ETH/Université) en génie civil, génie électrique, informatique, génie des transports ou génie industriel ou dans un domaine comparable
  • Expérience de plusieurs années en gestion d-infrastructure, d-actifs ou de maintenance ainsi qu-en gestion de projets et d-initiatives interdisciplinaires
  • Intérêt marqué pour les sujets de digitalisation ainsi qu-expérience dans l-analyse et l-optimisation des processus, modèles de données et applications numériques
  • Esprit stratégique, analytique et conceptuel combiné à une méthode de travail autonome et orientée solutions
  • Personnalité communicative avec une grande compétence sociale, force de conviction et plaisir à collaborer avec des groupes d-intérêt très divers
