* Assumere la responsabilità quotidiana del monitoraggio dei sistemi, delle analisi iniziali e del coordinamento relativo alla risoluzione dei guasti concernenti le componenti critiche dell'infrastrutturaGarantire un funzionamento stabile, sicuro e sostenibile dei sistemi meteorologici e di informazione per la gestione esistenti, nonché specificare e configurare i componenti infrastrutturali

* Ottimizzare costantemente l'esercizio grazie alla competenza tecnica e a misure preventive * Fornire consulenza specialistica ai clienti interni nell'analisi e nella risoluzione di problemi tecnici * Rappresentare gli interessi d'esercizio per l'intero ciclo di vita dei progetti * Disponibilità a prestare servizi di picchetto di una settima circa ogni 5 settimane

****Che cosa ti contraddistingue****

* Formazione specialistica completa (SSS/SUP o formazione equivalente); eventuali titoli di studio accademici fino al master costituiscono un vantaggio * Esperienza pratica pluriennale nell'esercizio di sistemi, idealmente con particolare attenzione all'infrastruttura e al monitoraggio * Solide competenze nella risoluzione di problemi, nella gestione di escalation e nell'assistenza in materia di sistemi d'informazione * Capacità di lavorare in maniera autonoma e di ragionare in modo analitico nonché spiccate doti comunicative nel rapporto con i clienti * La conoscenza dell'inglese costituisce un vantaggio per la documentazione tecnica
