Professionnel confirmé du Change Management avec 5 à 10 ans d’expérience dans la conduite du changement au sein d’environnements industriels complexes.

Spécialisé dans l’accompagnement des transformations techniques, organisationnelles et opérationnelles, avec une forte capacité à fédérer les équipes, structurer les processus et sécuriser l’adoption des nouvelles pratiques. Expérience dans les secteurs ferroviaire ou transport (aéronautique, automobile etc.), avec une solide culture ingénierie mécanique ou électrique.

Responsabilités clés :

Définir et piloter la stratégie de conduite du changement pour des projets techniques et organisationnels à fort impact. Réaliser les analyses d’impact, cartographies des parties prenantes et plans d’accompagnement. Concevoir et déployer les plans de communication, formations, supports pédagogiques et actions d’adoption. Accompagner les équipes d’ingénierie, production, maintenance et qualité dans l’appropriation des nouveaux processus, outils et méthodes. Structurer et animer des ateliers de transformation, sessions de co‑construction et comités de pilotage. Assurer le suivi de la performance du changement : indicateurs d’adoption, retours terrain, plans correctifs. Travailler en interface avec les équipes techniques (méca/élec/systèmes), les managers opérationnels et les fonctions support. Contribuer à la transformation culturelle : amélioration continue, montée en compétence, diffusion des bonnes pratiques.

Profil recherché :

5 à 10 ans d’expérience en Change Management dans des environnements industriels ou technologiques. Formation d’ingénieur en mécanique, électrique, systèmes industriels, ou profil spécialisé en conduite du changement. Expérience dans le ferroviaire souhaitée ; à défaut, expérience solide dans les transports (aéronautique, automobile, mobilité). Maîtrise des méthodologies de transformation : analyse d’impact, gestion des parties prenantes, communication, formation, accompagnement terrain. Capacité à comprendre des environnements techniques complexes et à collaborer avec des ingénieurs, managers et équipes opérationnelles. Excellentes compétences relationnelles : communication, pédagogie, leadership transversal, gestion de la résistance au changement. Langues : français et anglais courants ; allemand apprécié.
