L-IA doit devenir chez Wyon AG un instrument stratégique renforçant l-efficacité, l-accès au savoir, la qualité et la capacité d-innovation. Tes tâches :

* * Tu conçois, développes, testes et optimises des solutions d-IA, d-apprentissage automatique et d-IA générative tant pour les processus internes que pour des solutions orientées client * * Tu prépares, valides et structures les données comme base pour l-entraînement des modèles, leur évaluation et leur utilisation productive * * Tu assures la qualité, la traçabilité, la sécurité, la protection des données, les principes de sécurité dès la conception (Security-by-Design) et une utilisation responsable des technologies d-IA * * Tu rédiges et maintiens la documentation technique, les concepts de prompt, les spécifications de test ainsi que les documents d-exploitation et de support * * Tu soutiens les départements dans l-introduction, l-utilisation et le développement continu des outils et solutions basés sur l-IA * * Tu observes les évolutions technologiques et les tendances du marché dans le domaine de l-IA, en déduis des impulsions pertinentes pour l-entreprise et favorises le développement des connaissances par des formations, ateliers et coaching * * Tu aides aux décisions technologiques, aux questions d-architecture et aux investissements dans les domaines IA, données et analytique *

Tes compétences :

* * Tu possèdes des connaissances approfondies en IA (TensorFlow, PyTorch ou scikit-learn), apprentissage automatique, traitement des données et génie logiciel * * Tu as une expérience pratique dans le développement, l-évaluation et la mise en production de solutions d-IA * * Tu as de l-expérience dans la réalisation de projets IA sur tout leur cycle de vie, de l-idée et la conception à l-exploitation productive * * Tu connais les exigences en matière de sécurité de l-information et maîtrises les principes Security-by-Design, les concepts d-autorisation ainsi que la journalisation et la surveillance des solutions IA en production * * Tu as une bonne compréhension des processus opérationnels et industriels et sais aligner les solutions technologiques sur les exigences commerciales * * Tu peux communiquer avec aisance en allemand et en anglais * * Tu convaincs par une approche autonome, analytique et orientée solution face à des questions complexes techniques et professionnelles * * Tu as un haut sens de la qualité, agis de manière responsable et économique dans le choix, le développement et l-introduction des solutions d-IA *
