ACTIVITE PRINCIPALE DU POSTE ##

Votre mission

Au sein d'une équipe de développement à taille humaine, vous contribuez à l'évolution d'une suite logicielle de gestion du dossier médical utilisée par les cliniques de Genève et de Lausanne. Vous intervenez sur l'ensemble du cycle de vie des applications : analyse, conception, développement, intégration et maintenance.

 

Environnement

  • Équipe à taille humaine composée de 6 développeurs et 1 Product Owner
  • Développement en C\# (principalement) et VB.NET, avec WPF/MVVM sur .NET Framework 4.8 et .NET 8.
  • Microsoft SQL Server et Entity Framework
  • Azure DevOps, Git, intégration et déploiement continus (CI/CD)
  • Architecture orientée microservices (API REST)
  • Interfaces HL7, HIN, FHIR, EWS, ALIS -
  • Claude code

TÂCHES PRINCIPALES ##

  • Contribuer à l'analyse des besoins métiers, à la conception technique et au développement de modules applicatifs en C\#/.NET (WPF/MVVM)
  • Concevoir, développer et maintenir des interfaces avec des systèmes médicaux ainsi qu'avec des applications administratives
  • Réaliser les tests unitaires, vérifier la compatibilité entre les différents éléments à intégrer, diagnostiquer et corriger les dysfonctionnements
  • Assurer la documentation technique, la mise en place et la maintenance des modules développés
  • Maintenir et faire évoluer les applications en collaboration étroite avec les utilisateurs finaux, de l'identification des besoins à la mise en production des améliorations.
  • Contribuer à la modernisation des applications vers .NET 8 et une architecture microservices.

FORMATION REQUISE ##

  • Formation supérieure en informatique ou expérience professionnelle équivalente.
  • Maîtrise du développement d'applications en C\#/.NET avec WPF selon le modèle MVVM
  • Bonne maîtrise de Microsoft SQL Server et d'Entity Framework
  • Expérience dans l-analyse des besoins des utilisateurs et de leur traduction en spécifications fonctionnelles (interface utilisateur) et techniques
  • Sens de la communication et de la collaboration interdisciplinaire avec un état d-esprit résolument orienté utilisateurs
  • Vous faites preuve d'autonomie, d'esprit d'analyse et appréciez le travail collaboratif dans un environnement exigeant.
  • Maîtrise du français, bonne connaissance de l-anglais, connaissance de l-allemand un atout
  • Bonne connaissance du milieu médical, un atout
