OWT est une société de conseil en stratégie et technologie. Nous collaborons avec Anthropic derrière Alpha Factory, le premier centre d'excellence suisse pour l'adoption de l'IA centrée sur l'humain.

Nous renforçons notre équipe d'experts et recherchons un Ingénieur Logiciel Principal passionné pour piloter la transformation au sein des principales organisations suisses, basé dans notre bureau de Zurich.

Votre mission ###

  • Diriger la conception et la livraison de solutions logicielles en tirant parti de Claude, Claude Code et des meilleures pratiques d'ingénierie
  • Agir en tant que contact technique principal pour nos clients
  • Participer à l'ensemble du cycle de vie du projet : de l'analyse des besoins à la production, incluant la conception, le développement, l'assurance qualité et le support opérationnel
  • Contribuer à la définition de l'architecture technique et mettre en place des pipelines CI/CD, en appliquant les méthodologies agiles (SCRUM, SAFe) et une culture DevSecOps
  • Encadrer les développeurs et favoriser un environnement d'apprentissage continu
  • Diplôme en informatique ou domaine connexe, avec au moins 7 ans d'expérience en développement et une expérience avérée en gestion d'équipes Agile
  • Maîtrise de Spring Boot ou .NET ; Angular/React est un plus
  • Expérience pratique avec les LLM, l'ingénierie des prompts et la conception d'agents ; RAG est un plus
  • Bonne connaissance des architectures web, des services REST et des meilleures pratiques de sécurité (OWASP, JWT, gestion des autorisations)
  • Expérience cloud (Azure, AWS ou GCP)
  • Expérience pratique solide avec Docker ; compréhension des fondamentaux de Kubernetes
  • Expérience avec CI/CD et culture DevSecOps
  • Maîtrise de l'allemand et de l'anglais (minimum C1) ; le français est un plus
  • Une culture dynamique et collaborative avec un fort accent client, travaillant avec des organisations suisses prestigieuses sur des projets technologiques divers et de pointe
