Notre client recherche un Ingénieur Système Senior VMware pour a Ingénieur Système Senior VMware \& VxRail / ASAP / Lausanne Notre client recherche un Ingénieur Système Senior VMware pour assurer l'exploitation, l'administration et l'évolution de ses plateformes virtualisées critiques. Vous contribuerez à la disponibilité, à la performance et à l'optimisation d'environnements de production stratégiques tout en apportant votre expertise sur les incidents complexes et les projets d'infrastructure. Ingénieur Système Senior VMware \& VxRail / ASAP / Lausanne Notre client est une organisation de premier plan disposant d'infrastructures IT critiques et fortement virtualisées. Elle s'appuie sur des standards élevés de performance, de sécurité et de continuité de service pour accompagner ses activités stratégiques Missions Administrer les environnements VMware vSphere. Gérer les infrastructures ESXi et vCenter. Assurer l'exploitation des plateformes Dell VxRail et vSAN. Superviser les ressources de calcul, de stockage et de réseau. Optimiser les performances et la capacité des environnements virtualisés. Réaliser les mises à jour, correctifs et opérations de maintenance. Participer aux projets d'évolution, de migration et de modernisation des infrastructures. Analyser et résoudre les incidents complexes de niveau 3\. Apporter un support technique aux équipes de production et aux projets. Contribuer à la gestion des incidents majeurs et aux situations critiques. Produire et maintenir la documentation technique et opérationnelle. Veiller au respect des standards de sécurité et d'exploitation. Profil du candidat Minimum 7 années d'expérience en administration et exploitation d'infrastructures VMware. Excellente maîtrise de VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter et vSAN. Expérience confirmée sur les plateformes Dell VxRail. Solide expérience dans des environnements de production critiques. Expertise reconnue en diagnostic et résolution d'incidents complexes. Bonne compréhension des problématiques de performance, capacité et disponibilité. Connaissances des environnements Linux (Red Hat, Debian). Expérience des solutions de sauvegarde Dell PPDM et Dell Data Domain appréciée. Connaissance des architectures de stockage SAN, NAS ou Object Storage. Familiarité avec les outils de supervision tels que Centreon ou Grafana. Esprit d'analyse, autonomie et capacité à gérer les priorités. Excellentes compétences relationnelles et sens du service.
